摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To accurately estimate the demand by storing the knowledge of the attenuation environment factors as well as the fascination factors of a work center to produce a function for calculation of the demand estimation and performing the simulation practice with input of the regional population. CONSTITUTION:The probability QA,S for selection of a hospital A via the patients in a region S is shown by an equation using the LAMBDA-square of a distance DA,S between the degree alphaA of fascination of the hospital A and the patients. Here the knowledge of the degree alphaA is stored in a 1st knowledge memory means 1 together with the knowledge for decision of LAMBDA stored in a 2nd knowledge memory means 2 respectively. A function generating means 3 performs matching between the knowledges given from both means 1 and 2 and the hospital information like the number of beds, etc., given from a hospital information input device 4 via an inference engine of the means 3 to decide alpha and LAMBDA. Based on these alpha and LAMBDA, a simulation practice device 6 performs input of the population, etc., through a population input means 5 and carries out the simulation to estimate the demand.</p>
