PURPOSE:To make cleaning and rust preventive treatment of a pipe at the same time by removing moisture in compressed air used for cleaning and coating of a pipe by passing the air through an insulated tank. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air from an air compressor 1 is led to an insulated tank 2 through a main passage 15 and condensed water is removed. Whirling current of this compressed air is introduced into a pipe 8 to be treated from a primary passage 16. Cleaning agent such as sand is introduced into the pipe 8 from a secondary passage 17 and a cleaning agent passage 18, and dirt and rust in the pipe 8 are cleaned by whirling movement. Next, whirling current of compressed air from the primary passage 16 and coating from the secondary passage 17 and a coating passage 19 are introduced into the pipe 8. Then, drying process is made using compressed air current only from the primary current. |
