PURPOSE:To operate the circuit without fluctuating its output voltage by temperature by separating a bias voltage source of a signal voltage limit diode into positive and negative polarities, and providing a temperature characteristic reverse to that of each signal voltage limit to each bias voltage source. CONSTITUTION:A buffer voltage source 19 having a negative temperature coefficient and the same quantity as that of a diode 13 consists of a voltage source 6, a diode 7, a current source 8 and a buffer amplifier 4 and a bias voltage source 20 having the same quantity of positive temperature coefficient as that of the diode 12 consists of a voltage source 9, a diode 10, a current source 11 and a buffer amplifier 5. Then the circuit is constituted to cancel the temperature characteristic of the signal voltage limit diodes 13, 12 by the bias voltage sources 19, 20 is constituted. Thus, the temperature characteristic of the signal voltage limiting diode is cancelled by the temperature characteristic of each bias voltage source and the temperature characteristic of an output voltage is eliminated. |
