<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of maintenance which is caused by the leakage of collected oil in a dust collector for oil mist by attaching a charging devce, a filter and an oil leakage preventing plate to a suction duct. CONSTITUTION:Air containing oil mist is absorbed from an inlet port 3, the crude dust contained in the air is separated by a primary collector 4 and, when the air passes through a charging part 6, oil mist contained in the air is charged by a discharging line 13 and an earth pole 14. After collecting oil mist through a filter 18 in (c) dust collecting part 7, the cleaned air is discharged from an exhaust port 11 to the external. A part of the charged oil mist flows down while adhering to the inwalls of a charging box 7 and a charging cover 26 and is leaked from the border part between a charging part 6 and the primary collector 4. However, since an oil leakage preventing plate 25 is attached close to an opening part 28, the oil mist adhered to the inwalls of the charging cover 26 and the charging box 27 is led to the inner surface of the primary collector 4 through the opening 28, preventing the mist from flowing into the border part.</p> |
