PURPOSE:To achieve simple and effective solid-liquid separation by treating a waste liquid containing a reducible substance with a permeable film after oxidation, and by performing solid-liquid separating treatment regarding solid matter in its condensed liquid in the presence of an assistant. CONSTITUTION:A waste liquid 1 containing a reducible substance 1 is introduced into a biological reaction device A for biological reaction. Reacted slurry 2 is introduced into a separator B to be condensed into sludge; and some of it is conducted out of the system, and the other 4 is supplied to a reaction system to feed a separated liquid 5 to a film permeation device C together with additives of peroxide 15 and oxidation catalysis. A liquid 6 condensed here is introduced into a separator D. At this time, ferrous salt, for example, is added as an assistant 16 to perform solid- liquid separation. Separated sludge 9 is exhausted; some 10 of a separated liquid 8 is exhausted out of the system, and the other is supplied to the separated liquid 5. Film-permeating water 7 having higher impurity is treated with ozone and then adsorbed by an active carbon adsorption device E to be discharged. |
