PURPOSE:To enable the lamination of different resins, even which migth not be adhered togither, in a single step, by arranging a molten resin-mixing passage whose one end is communicated to each of two adjacent molten resin passages and whose other end is communicated to a product-discharge passage. CONSTITUTION:When a double-layer laminte sheet is produced from resins A and B, each of which dose not have adhesiveness together, for instance, the resin A is extruded through the first extrusion passage 7a into a primary die 2, while the resin B is extruded through the second extrusion passage 7b into the primary die 2. A part of each resin A and B passing through a relevnt breaker plate 8a, 8b branches into a divided passage 15a, 15b respectively, while the remainder is rectified with a choke bar 19, 20 and reaches a product-discharge passage 12. The branched reesions A, B flow into a mixer 14, where the resins are mixed uniformly to form a mixed molten resin C. The resin C is rectified by a choke bar 21 and reaches the product- discharge passage 12. Thus, the mixed resin layer C is interposed between the two resin layers A and B, so that the two resin layers A and B are easily adhered together regardless their intrinsic adhesivenesses. |
