PURPOSE:To form a signal transmitter without losing transmission data, not requiring special control in response to failure and restoration of receiver, by providing a storage device with readout section. CONSTITUTION:A signal 11' transmitted from a transmitter 1' is inputted to a storage device 3' for storage. the readout of a storage device 3' is controlled with a readout request signal 21' of a receiver 2'. If the receiver 2' is impossible for reception, the receiver 2' does not transmit the readout request signal 21'. Thus, the storage device 3' sequentially stored signals from the transmitter 1'. When the receiver 2' is restored, the receiver 2' transmits the readout request signal 21' to the storage device 3'. The storage device 3' receiving this readout request signal 21' sequentially reads out the stored signal and transmits them to the receiver 2'. |
