PURPOSE:To prevent inferior copying caused by the difference of direction between a picture and a transfer paper by attaching a procedure to detect vertical and horizontal directions of a film mounted on an original mounting stand. CONSTITUTION:A photographing film 50 supported by an aperture mask 41 is mounted on an original mounting stand 51. A detector 53 consisting of a projecting light source 54 and light receiving element 57 is installed to form an image on the lower surface of the mask 41 by the light from the light source 54. Although the image of the light source 54 is formed on the lower surface of the mask 41 when the inner frame of the mask 41 is shown by real line 41', the image from the light source 54 is not formed and the output of a light receiving element 57 is altered at the time of the dotted line 41''. For example, the output of the element 57 is altered according to whether image exists at the position 43 shown in the figure or not, discriminating the direction of the film 50. Thus, when the directions of a picture and a transfer paper are different, the device displays alarm to the operator to prevent inferior copying from being generated. |
