PURPOSE:To prevent a fixing apparatus from dirty caused by toner, offset and winding of copying paper by providing a dipping felt dipped into a mold releasing agent to the 2nd roller against the surface of powdery image and an adsorbing felt to the downstream. CONSTITUTION:A dipping felt 8 dipped into a mold releasing agent is attached to the 2nd roller 2 for pressing through a felt supporting frame 7, an adsorbing felt 9 to remove the mold releasing agent is arranged to the downstream and a cut part (b) is attached to the boundary part with the felt 9. By said constitution, the dirt adhered to the roller 2 is removed by the felt 8, but when the felt 8 is dirty, the felt 9 adsorbs the mold releasing agent by capillarity and cleans the dirty of the felt 8. Foreign matters such as paper powder are stored in the cut part (b). Thus, the roller 2 is always cleaned and dirt of toner, offset and paper winding are also prevented. |
