PURPOSE:To achive small size quartz oscillator with high accruacy, by reducing the increase of resistor of an electrode lead due to the distortion of the surface of boundary line and its dispersion, through narrowing the width of the electrode lead on a quartz surface. CONSTITUTION:A quartz oscillator consists of electrode leads 2b, 2b' where a quartz plane comprises a main plane section 1a, a bevel section 1b, and a side section 1c, the main plane section 1a has an electrode main section 2a, and electric conduction is taken with the section 2a. The width of an electrode lead 2b' near a boundary line 1a is made broader than the width around it. Thus, a quartz oscillator with high accuracy without dispersion can be achieved by reducing the effect of the electrode lead and suppressing the increase in the resistance. |
