PURPOSE:To improve the operation characteristics of a magnetic bubble memory chip without making its constitution complex, by coupling one of double-period ininput and output transfer paths with oddnumbered minor loops and the other with even-numbered ones. CONSTITUTION:At both terminals of many simple clsed minor loops (m)- and (m')-, double-period input and output transfer paths ML and ML' are provided; the odd-numbered loops (m)- are coupled with the transfer path ML, and the even numbered loops (m')- with the transfer path ML'. In simple constitution wherein those minor loops are not made complex, bubble strings are arranged on the double- period transfer paths at intervals of two bits, thereby obtaining a magnetic bubble memory chip having excellent operation characteristics which has no influences of the last and next bubbles. |
