PURPOSE:To enable to playback the entire area of audible sound area with high fidelity for a single speaker, by fitting a moving coil wound in flat to a folded part of a curved diaphragm plate inversely with both sides of folded flat plate. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate is folded, the both sides are curved inversely with the fold 11 to constitute a diaphragm plate 1, and both sides of the ends are fixed to a frame 4. At the fold 11, a moving coil 2 having winding so that it is flat and has a long side in parallel with upper and lower sides, is mounted. Permanent magnets 31, 32 and yokes 33-36 are assembled as channel shape and inverse channel shape to form a magnetic field orthogonal to the coil 2 inversely with each other. This diaphragm plate 1 is flexible to the direction of oscillation, withstands large amplitude without hardness, the resistance is less, and the low tone area of large amplitude can be reproduced with fidelity. As the tone increases, the diaphragm plate 1 makes partial oscillation, but since the shrinkage of the oscillated part is made smoothly, useless resonance is less and the characteristic is made flat. |
