PURPOSE:To avoid cracking of glaze due to the difference between thermal expansion factors, by eliminating the difference of the thermal expansion coefficients between a porcelain dielectric substance resonator and a supporting stand. CONSTITUTION:A porcelain dielectric substance resonator 2 is fixed to a base 1 via a supporting stand 3. The supporting stand is essentially consisting of 3, 20- 99mol% 2MgO.SiO2 and 80-1mol% ZrSiO4 as the major constituent and is added <=20mol% SiO2. Thus, since the thermal expansion coefficient of 2MgO.SiO2 is 10ppm/ deg.C while that of ZrSiO4 is 4ppm/ deg.C, the thermal expansion coefficient can be varied almost in the range of 4-10ppm/ deg.C, by changing the ratio of the both, allowing to approximate it to the thermal expansion coefficient of the porcelain dielectric substance resonator, 5-9ppm/ deg.C. But, owing to the difficulty of making porcelain as it is, SiO2 is added as a sintering agent. |
