PURPOSE:To prevent a generation of restain in a steel surface, prevent a dispursion of powder dusts and perform an efficiency processing of the coating base by a method wherein the slag biproduced in a process in which the steel is manufactured is cooled in the surrounding air, the spherical fine granules are applied as a grinder material, wet sintered and then blasted onto a surface of the steel structure. CONSTITUTION:Blown slag with a granular degree of less than 5mm. is applied as a grinder material. Water of 0.3-0.7l is added to a volume of discharged grinder material 1kg, they are wet immersed and blasted by a compressed air. Grinder material is injected at the injection nozzle 4 through a nozzle 6, water is added, along with the compressed air at 9, from the water supply pipe 10 and then they are injected as a wet grinding flow 8. |
