PURPOSE:To prepare measuring apparatus of surface temperature for a rotatable body having a good capacity, by using with crooking the main body prepared by putting the whole body between two insulating thin films after arranging a temperature sensitive element in the middle of two conductive foils and connecting with lead wires. CONSTITUTION:The main body of sensor is prepared by putting a temperature sensitive element between two insulating thin films after arranging the temperature sensitive element in the middle of two conductive foils arranged facing to each other and connecting with lead wires. Then, the main body is crooked and is fixed so as to lightly contact its projecting part with the part to be inspected. For example, the temperature sensitive element 3 arranged in the middle of two conductive foils is connected with lead wires and after that, the element 3 is put between insulating thin film sheets 1 and 5. Further, the element 3 is covered with a silicone rubber 6 to form the main body of sensor 10 and then, it is bent at right angles and fixed so as to lightly contact its central part with a rotatable body to be inspected. Hereby, a stable and light contact pressure is maintained and detecting apparatus of temperature having a low abrasion and also, having a superior characteristics of thermal response, can be obtained. |
