PURPOSE:To improve sealing characteristics by supporting a guide shaft for a rotary slider at both ends thereof so as to maintain always the slight clearance between the tip ends of the rotary slider and the inner surface of a pump case due to the lessened deflection of the guide shaft. CONSTITUTION:One end of a guide shaft 2 is supported through holders 21, 51 to a rotor 3, and the other end is supported through a holder 22 to a housing cover 4'. Both ends 31, 32 of the rotor are, in turn, supported by means of bearings 8, 9 to a housing 4 and the housing cover 4', respectively. As the inner surface 41 of the housing 4 is made coincident with the locus described by the tip ends of rotary slider 1, the clearance between the inner surface 41 and the tip ends of the rotary slider 1 rotating is always maintained, slightly. Due to such a both end supporting arrangement for the guide shaft 2, it is possible to maintain the deflection of the shaft 2 very small and to make the latter lightweight. Further, the quality of sealing between the slider 1 and the inner surface 41 is improved. |
