<p>PURPOSE:To reclaim a synthetic resin without lowering its strength, by subjecting a resin or the like, comprising an aluminum foil, an adhesive and a thermoplastic resin, to a special treatment using an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution or the like to remove the aluminum foil. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic sycthetic resin comprising an aluminum foil, an adhesive and a thermoplastic synthetic resin (e.g. PE, PVC, etc.) is treated with an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (preferably 7-13%) to dissolve the aluminum foil. If necessary, the thermoplastic synthetic resin only is washed with water. Thereafter, an acid (e.g. sulfuric acid or the like) and a catalyst (e.g. ammonium persulfate or the like) are added into the thermoplastic synthetic resin. After dried, the thermoplastic synthetic resin is crushed into pieces having a size of 3mm. or less, and heated.</p> |
