PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing steps remarkably by a method wherein the secondary conductors and a rotary shaft of aluminum alloy, etc. are formed at a plurality of through-holes of the rotor iron core and at the through-hole in the center part. CONSTITUTION:An iron core 1 of rotor is inserted into a die-casting machine and a molten aluminum alloy or the other is pressed in, cooled and hardened in a plurality of through holes of the rotor iron core 1 to manufacture a plurality of secondary conductors and end rings through the die-casting machine, while the molten aluminum alloy or the like is pressed, cooled and hardened also in the through hole 1a to manufacture a rotary shaft 4. Next both centers of the rotary shaft 4 are held by a lathe, grinder etc. to process the peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 4 and that of the rotor iron core 1 concentrically to the fixed measurements. Thereby, there is no need of pussing the rotary shaft into the rotor iron core thus reducing the number of manufacturing steps remarkably. |
