PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm for speaker having a less secular change by using the Mg-Zr alloy containing 0.2-1.0% Zr. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm made of only Mg deteriorates owing to a secular change in characteristics due to the recrystallization temperature of Mg. When Mg- Zr alloy having an additive of 0.2-1% Zr is used, the deterioration of stiffness is suppressed to some extent where there is no trouble in practical use even if the heating of a diaphragm due to the generation of the heat of a voice coil in driving a speaker and the repetition of annealing due to natural cooling when the diaphragm is not oscillated. Therefore, the lowering of the limit frequency of high sound intensity reproduction is specially suppressed to maintain the quality when it is set. |
