PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of each input device and assignment of a code, by providing a specific graphic form input means. CONSTITUTION:On a keyboard KB is provided a single graphic form key FK as a specific graphic form input means, in addition to a character input means of a general character key group CK. When they are operated, a code corresponding to classification of a key is generated, and in accordance with operation ranking of the character key group CK and the graphic form key FK, a graphic form instruction code which has been generated by operating the graphic form key FK is also inserted into a code train which has been generated by operating the character key group CK, is provided to a data processing equipment DP, and a prescribed data processing is executed. After that, the code is sent out to an output device OE, and a character, a symbol, a graphic form, etc. corresponding to the code are displayed in accordance with a prescribed format. |
