PURPOSE:To intensively change the direction of a cableway pipe at its end without generation of overstrain in a casing part, by arranging a synthetic resin cap part firmly fixed to a liner member provided with a curved cable-guide hole formed in a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a casing 10 is barked to expose a reinforcing steel wire 12a. The exposed part is folded at an acute angle to form a folded end part 12b. The inner tube-exposed end 13b of the casing and a liner member 1a are tacked together by inserting or adhering. Thereafter, a support jig E is inserted, and the folded end part 12b is enclosed with a resin injected through a synthetic resin-injecting hole B into a metal mold A. Thus, the end part of an outer tube is coated, and a curved synthetic resin cap 9 is formed. |
