摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the planographic process material which contains a surface active agent, which can lower the surface tension of water to a specified value or lower, in a hydrophile binding agent layer and the adjacent layer, improves ink repellence and ameliorates the ink fouling of a section not drawn. CONSTITUTION:In the planographic process block material using the hydrophile binding agent layer (such as gelatine, etc.) as an ink repellent layer, the surface active agent [preferably, anions, a betaine type, etc. and sodium (2-ethyl hexyl) sulfosuccinate, etc.] which can lower the surface tension of water to 30dyne/cm or lower, preferably, 28dyne/cm or lower is contained in said hydrophile binding agent layer and/or the adjacent layer. In order to contain the surface active agent in a hydrophile binding agent, the binding agent, for example, is dissolved in water and a water admixing organic solvent to a solution, and the 0.05-10g surface active agent is added to the 1kg solution.
