PURPOSE:To make the spacing between the centers of two sheets of light and left plane images easily adjustable according to the visual distance desired by an observer and make the observer's stereoscopic viewing easy by connecting movable lenses and stationary lenses which are made into one set into the type of a pair of spectacles. CONSTITUTION:Lenses 1, 1' constituted by using the parts of spherical lenses off their lens axes are mounted to frame bodies 3, 3' having handles 8, 8', and the upper and lower frame bodies of the bodies 3, 3' couple to the grooves 6, 6' of the upper and lower members 5, 5' of a support frame 4 to be holded there between. The spacing of the lenses is made adjustable by the handles 8, 8' which project from the slender holes 7 provided to the upper member 5 of the frame 4. Lenses 2, 2' are fixed in the positions opposite to both eyes on one side of the support frame. Convex lenses, concave lenses, Fresnel lenses, or Fresnel lenses of saw-tooth-like surfaces are used for the movable lenses 1. These spectacles are also usable for observation of stereoscopic televisions. |
