PURPOSE:To obtain excellent accuracy and reliability by providing concave or convex stripes on the outer surface of a pipe, on which an electric sound transducer is arranged, and avoiding the turnaround of the ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:The concave or convex stripes 5 are provided on the outer surface of the pipe 1 on which the electric sound transducer 2 of the ultrasonic flowmeter is arranged. Therefore the ultrasonic wave which turns around the outer surface of the pipe 1 can be avoided, and the excellent accuracy and reliability can be obtained. |
