PURPOSE:To enhance durability and to form compact configuration by embedding a magnet in a blade rotating approximately proportional with the flow and arranging a Hall effect element in the vicinity of the magnet. CONSTITUTION:Connecting pipes 3 and 3 are connected to both ends of nonmagnetic body 1 made of plastics and the like. A plurality of a flow-rectifying plates 5 having a plurality of fluid rectifying holes 7 are provided in the pipes. A rotary shaft 11 for the blade 10 is supported by bearings 6 at the center of the flow rectifying plate 5. At the center of the blade 10 made of plastics, is embeded the plastic magnet 12 whose base material is rare earth magnetic material such as SmCo. The Hall effect element 13 is provided at a position facing said magnet. When the fluid flows through a flow path 8, the blade 10 is rotated approximately proportional with the flow, the pulse signal is outputted from the Hall effect element, and the flow of the fluid is sensed. This device has high durability and compact configuration. |
