发明名称 CORROSION-RESISTANT HARD ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a corrosion-resistant hard alloy with a high sintering degree and high crack resistance by adding an adequate amount of TiN to a superhard WC- TaC alloy. CONSTITUTION:This alloy consists of 2-5wt% TaC, 1.5-3wt% TiN and the balance WC. The bound carbon and nitrogen of each component may be changed somewhat. For example, WC having about 1.0-1.5mum average particle size and about 6.15-6.25% total C content is suitably blended with TaC having about 1- 3mum average particle size and about 6.24% total C content and TiN having about 1-3mum average particle size and about 21% total N content, and the starting material blend is mixed with a ball mill using acetone as a solvent for about 48hr. This mixture is molded, presintered at about 800 deg.C, and sintered at about 1,800 deg.C for about 60min to obtain a product.
