PURPOSE:To assemble a clutch outer and a clutch inner integrally through a simple work by fitting a cone shaped or V-shaped round plate and applying a load to the assembling direction to make it flat. CONSTITUTION:A cone shaped round plate 22 is positioned over a clutch inner 11 with its inside diameter part at the location of side groove 12 between the clutch inner 11 and a pinion 13 and its outer diameter part touching the face A of a clutch outer 1. A load is applied in the direction of a arrow P to push the cone shaped round plate 22 in the clutch outer 1 togethr with the clutch inner 11 until the cone shaped round plate 22 becomes flat. The outside diameter of the round plate 22 is enlarged at that time to be inserted into a circumferential groove 23 while the inside diameter is reduced to be inserted into a side groove 12 thereby joining the clutch outer 1 and the clutch inner 11 together for the assembly of a roller clutch 20. |
