<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the full-wave rectifying device, to be mounted on vehicles, with which the damage sustained when mechanical vibration is given to the semiconductor element which will be fixed on one side by a method wherein a unitary- body section is provided at both ends of radiating electrode plates. CONSTITUTION:A DC output is obtained by the vehicle mounting full-wave rectifying device by connecting P type rectifying elements P1, P2 and P3, N type rectifying elements N1, N2 and N3 to three-phase AC input terminals A1, A2 and A3. The P type rectifying elements P1, P2 and P3 are fixed on the radiating electrode plate 1 and they are electrically common-connected. The N type rectifying elements N1, N2 and N3 are also common-connected with the radiating electrode plate and fixed. Both ends A and B of the two radiating electrode plates are formed in one body using bolts and the like. The both ends of the radiating electrode plates fixed with bolts 10a, 10b and 10c are strengthened and the damage arising when mechanical vibrations are generated can be reduced.</p> |
