<p>PURPOSE:To take out the slurry of high concn. by dividing the inner part of the tower into a circulating section and an enriching section, circulating the slurry liquid of comparatively low concn. flowed from a separation part in the circulating section, and recovering the slurry flowed from the separating section at a recovery cone of the enriching section. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas 11 is brought into contact with the slurry liquid 2 sprayed from spray nozzles 8 to recover S-component. The slurry liquid 2 is flowed down on the recovery cone part 3 through cone parts 5 of the separation part 7 and separation conduits 6. At this time, air is blown out from an air bubbling part 16 to prevent the slurry from accumulating on the cone part 5. The slurry liquid of comparatively low concn. obtained by the separation of slurry at the separation part 7 is introduced to the slurry nozzles 8 through a circulating pump 9. The slurry dropped down on the recovery cone 3 of the enriching section 4 is collected to the center part by the rotation of a rake 13 and discharged through a pump 17 as the slurry of high concn.</p> |
