摘要 PURPOSE:To improve irradiating efficiency of a laser oscillator tube by providing a reflecting mirror for reflecting an ultraviolet ray generated from auxiliary discharge electrode pair in a main discharge space formed between main discharge electrode pair to efficiently apply the ray to the space between the main discharge electrode pair. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting mirror 2m for reflecting an ultraviolet ray generated by an arc discharge between auxiliary discharge electrode pair 2 and 2a is provided, and a reflecting mirror 3m is provided similarly at auxiliary discharge electrode pair 3 and 3a. With this configuration, ultraviolet rays generated at the pair 2, 2a and 3, 3a by the reflecting mirrors 2m, 3a are efficiently applied to a space 1s between main discharge electrode pair 1 and 1a.
