PURPOSE:A lubricant composition that is made by adding a specific disulfonic acid and a salt of a metal of group II in the periodic table, thus showing high pressure resistance and wearing resistance. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricant composition contains (A) 0.1-10wt%, preferably 0.1-5wt%, of a disulfonic acid of the formula (R is 1-8C alkyl; X is H, hydroxyl, amino), (most preferable example is 1-hydroxy-1,1-ethylidenedisulfonic acid) and (B) a salt of a metal of group II in the periodic table, most preferably Zn, Ca, Mg. |
