PURPOSE:To prevent the surroundings of a deirce from smudging and to obtain a gradated image simply by a method wherein small drops of ink of plural types which are generally colorless in a normal state are exhausted separately, mixed in a recording material and colored. CONSTITUTION:Groups of dots 6-1-6-3, 7-1-7-3 are formed by being jetted by a 1st and a second ink jet head. Ink wherein crystal violet lactone is dissolved in acetone is supplied for example to a 1st head and ink wherein bisphenol A is dissolved in acetone is supplied for example to a 2nd head. The 1st scanning lines I, are colored for the small part, the 3rd scanning lines I3 are colored for the greater part (oblique lines) and the 2nd scanning lines remain white. |
