发明名称 CHARGE SENSING AND AMPLIFYING CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve an amplifier circuit which has a function subtracting a given amount of charge from a signal charge, by giving the charge having a polarity opposite to that of an input signal charge, from a converting capacitor converting voltage pulse into charge, to a negative feedback amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A negative feedback amplifier 8 which performs negative feedback with a capacitor 11 from an output terminal 10 to an input terminal 9, and a conversion capacitor 14 which converts a voltage pulse of a given peak value into charge, are provided. The capacitor 14 is connected to the input side of the negative feedback amplifier 8 and the charge being opposite polarity to the input signal is given to the input terminal 9. For example, a voltage of a DC power supply 12 which is applied via a switch 13 turned on at the same time to the flowing of charge to an output diode 6 of a CCD2, is converted into charge and given to the input terminal 9 of a phase inversion amplifier 8, allowing to constitute of a charge sensing and amplifier circuit A for the CCD2.
