PURPOSE:To connect an elastic surface wave element base body easily and also to reduce a sealing cost, by connecting said base body to a substrate at first, and after that, sealing the whole body with a cap, when it is mounted to a thick film IC substrate. CONSTITUTION:An elastic surface wave element base body 6 is made to adhere 7 to a substrate 3, and is connected to an electric conductor wire 4 with a lead wire 8. Subsequently, it is covered with a cap 9 and is sealed by use of an adhesive agent 10. According to such a constitution, a special process such as lead forming of a package is unnecessary, and the number of man-hour is decreased. |
