PURPOSE:To increase the sharpness, by locating a display pattern circuit element by bubble domain to a magnetic thin film via a metallic film excellent in the reflection factor at a visual light area and removing the projective image of the pattern. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 41 of single crystal such as gadominium, gallium, garnet or glass, a magnetic thin film 42 of garnet to hold the magnetic bubble domain is coated. A metallic film 43 having good reflection factor at visual light region made of aluminum or gold is provided on the magnetic thin film 42. On this metallic film 43, the pattern of T-1 or chevron made of permalloy soft magnetic thin film forming the buble domain is formed. Thus, the image of the bubble doamin pattern is avoided from being projected on the screen, allowing to obtain a sharp display image. |
