PURPOSE:To avoid saturation of a magnetic pole by constituting the magnetic pole of an electron lens from the alloy which contains Fe and Co in the approximate ratio of 1:1 and contains Mn added in 1-3%. CONSTITUTION:The alloy which is constituted of iron cobalt alloy in Fe:Co=1:1 which contains V added by 1% and Mn added by 1% and the alloy which is constituted of the said iron cobalt alloy which contains Mn added by 1.8% are prepared through vacuum fusion, and after hot forging of the said alloys, magnetic pieces 1 and 2 are formed. Addition of V is not always necessary, and the amount of Mn added may be within the range of 1-3%. Thus, the magnetic permeability of magnetic material can be improved, and saturation of the magnetic pole can be suppressed. |
