The lock comprises a casing (10) housing in rotation a cylinder (12). The possibility of rotation of the cylinder (12) is under the control of two longitudinal lever bits (14, 15) which are subject to the action of an end spring (16-19). The cylinder (12) makes five compartments (461, 462... 465). In each compartment are disposed two fitments mounted in rotation around a longitudinal spindle (48a, 48b). For building site mode, three fitments (475, 474, 473) are held in the freed position by a freeing pin (65). In order to actuate the lock, it is sufficient to have available a temporary key operating only on the other fitments (471, 472). When the pin (65) is removed, the three fitments (475, 474, 473) take their blocked position under the effect of a spring, and the lock can be actuated only with a final permanent key. <IMAGE>
