PURPOSE:To achieve a circuit suitable for making a high integrated circuit with a simple circuit constitution and less power consumption, by providing a specific amplifier circuit, broadband load impedance, transistors (TRs), differential signal storage capacitor, and a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A broad band load impedance R21 is inserted between one output terminal of a signal amplifier circuit having two output terminals leading out a desired differential signal E0 for two signals e1,e2 in opposite phase, and power supply, and a transistor TRQ21 is connected between another output terminal and the power supply, and this output terminal is provided with a differential signal storage capacitor C21. At a sampling period to obtain a differential signal, the signal amplifier circuit and the TRQ21 are turned on to supply a differential signal Eo to the capacitor C21, and at a period other than the sampling period, a control circuit is provided to make the signal amplifier circuit and the TRQ21 turned off, to hold the differential signal Eo stored in the capacitor C21. |
