PURPOSE:To smoothly issue a TL badge without accumulation by reading in an issued TL badge and an ID card at the time of entering into and leaving from an off limit area and updating the data in a file assigned to the judgement of a register and a register number. CONSTITUTION:When an ID card 8 is read in by an ID card reader circuit 16, the ID code on the card is sent to a center computer through a communication control circuit 17 and registered in a center file 6. The center computer 3 executes an issue and register process of the TL badge corresponding to the ID code. The center computer 3 searches for unregistered TL badges that are filed in the center file 6 and registers a specified TL badge number in the center file as a registered badge, and at the same time, sends a message to a TL badge automatic issue device. The specified TL badge is extracted from a TL badge store device 23 to be issued. |
