PURPOSE:To correctly and automatically inspect the form of gear to be measured by comparing the data of good articles and the data corresponding to the form of gear to be measured, obtained digitally from the annular image sensor. CONSTITUTION:Light is irradiated on the gear to be measured from a light source 3 and image of the gear to be measured is formed through on image formation lens 5 on an image sensor 1 by concentrating. This image sensor 1 consists of many photoelectric elements by locating them in an annular form. Image formed on the image sensor through the image formation lens 5 corresponds to the formation of the gear to be measured. Data corresponding to the formation of the gear to be measured 4 obtained from the image sensor 1 is compared with the data of good articles. |
