PURPOSE:To reduce the variation with time of the position of a magnetic head and at the same time increase the efficiency of working and other factors, by forming a flexion vibration pose oscillator by putting and bonding a metallic plate between the circular piezoelectric oscillators. CONSTITUTION:The flexion vibration pose oscillators 2 and 2' formed by holding and bonding metallic plates 6 and 6' between two semicircular oscillators having the axes of polarization in the thickness direction are attached to a rotary cylinder 1 bound to a drum motor by means of piezoelectric oscillator attachment jigs 3 and 3' and with the both ends fixed. Then head substrate 4 and 4' containing magnetic heads 5 and 5' are adhered at the center of oscillator 2 and 2' each. Thus the effective displacement length can be increased more than a rectangular plate with a rotary cylinder of the same radius owing to the circular form of the piezoelectric oscillator. At the same time, the thickness of a flexion oscillator can be increased. |
