PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of a target in case of generation of X-ray by installing a magnetic-field generator onto the fixed part and applying a stable forepressure easily and nearly permanently to the shaft of revolution. CONSTITUTION:At the position of the fixed part 6 opposite to the counter-target side shaft end 3a of a rotary shaft 3, a magnetic-field generator 10, for example a permanent magnet is arranged. A ball bearing 5 is applied with a forepressure through the attraction of the rotary shaft 3 by the magnetic force of the magnet 10. Therefore, even if the temperature difference between on the inner and the outer rings is small, the contact positions of the inner ring and the ball and of the outer ring and the ball are kept constant, and vibration of the target can be redued. |
