PURPOSE:To regulate automatically the preforming magnification and the specific gravity of the following raw resin particle by sampling the resin particle prefoamed by steam at discharge, measuring the specific gravity and regulating the steam flow corresponding to the deviation from the set value. CONSTITUTION:A part of the resin particle of which prefoaming has finished by a prefoaming machine 1 is sampled by a sampler 11 at a certain interval and its weight is weighed by a weighing apparatus 21, compared to the set value by a deviation detector 41. An automatic controller of specific gravity 42 is regulated by the pulse signal outputted from the deviation detector 41, the opening of the flow adjusting valve 6 of a steam supply pipe 7 is regulated and the steam flow supplied in a foaming bath 2 of the prefoaming machine 1 is adjusted. |
