PURPOSE:To make the sure cooling of high-temp. molten salt and the high yield recovery of the salt in the salt soln. possible by heat obtained at this time by performing heat exchanging of the salt soln. used for rinsing of materials to be treated and the molten salt for heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:High-temp. molten salt 11 in a heat treatment salt vessel 1 is fed by a gas lift pump 13 to a gas-liquid separator 15, the steam separated where is discharged by a pipe, and the salt 11 is fed by a pipe 16 to a heat exchange chamber 8. Here, the salt 11 is heat-exchanged with a low-temp. salt soln. 12, and is returned to the vessel 1 through a return pipe 19 and an overflow pipe 17. On the other hand, the soln. 12 stored in a low temp. salt soln. vessel 21 is discharged via a pipe 2, valves 3, 5 into the bottom part of a cooling blind pipe 9 from the bottom end of a branch pipe 4 and is heat-exchanged with the salt 11 in the chamber 8 via a pipe 9. Here, the soln. 12 is heated and explosively evaporates to steam. The steam is exhausted through a pipe 20 by a gas-liquid separator 7. On the other hand, the salt content gradually accumulates in the pipe 9, and is fed to the vessel 1 by a constant volume pump 18. |
