PURPOSE:To precisely detect a stop point free from conditions and specifications such as brake force, inertial mass, etc. by detecting sudden decrease in brake torque. CONSTITUTION:A dynamic strain meter 10 is given signal 101 of the output of a load cell 7 to generate as a torque signal 102 and generates a signal 103 through a voltage amplifier 11. Under braking operation of the brake testing device, the signal 103 causes rapid voltage drop and when a wheel 1 stops reaches a stop time point S of zero level. On the other hand, a signal 104 is provided with the characteristics of a flat trend, becomes higher than the signal 103 before the stop time point S and is possessed of a level that has comparable difference with the signal 103 for detecting the stop time point S, and is generated by a resistor 13 and a variable resistor 14 in a specified rate required by the signal 103. When the value of the signal 103 is decreased by a specified rate, a signal 105 is catched by a comparator 16 as the stop time point S. |
