PURPOSE:To improve accuracy and mechanical strength by soldering a plurality of supporting members made of ceramics onto a center conductor and fixing a between-wire shielding plate on a metal frame and fixing the supports made of ceramics and the metal frame and fixing a ground plate through a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of supports 12 made of ceramics are soldered onto a center conductor 2. Separately, between-wire shielding plates 8 are soldered at a prescribed interval onto a frame 10. The relative position between the between- wire shielding plate 8 and the center conductor 2 is set prescribed by using a spacer and the like, and a metal plate 11 is soldered onto the other end of the support made of ceramics and the frame 10. The said metal plate 11 is fixed, through soldering or welding or by means of screws 13, onto a ground plate 3 through a spacer 9. Thus, the deflecting electrode having the between-wire shielding plate 8, center conductor 2, and the ground plate 3 arranged at prescribed relative position can be obtained. |
