PURPOSE:To form an insulation layer which is strong and has flexibility, by immersing and curing a resin with comparatively low viscosity to a core, after a prescribed winding is performed around the core member to form the core. CONSTITUTION:After a coil wire 2 having 3-5mu normal coating thickness is directly wound around a core member winding section 1 made of Mn-Zn ferrite member, an urethane coating resin 6 is immersed and cured for this core. Through this processing, the dielectric strength which is about 50 volts before the processing can be increased to >=500 volts after the processing. |
