PURPOSE:To initialize a trunk when make-busy of a trunk has been released, or it has been set, by means of a simple operation, by detecting a state change of a means for executing make-busy of a trunk. CONSTITUTION:A state of a meke-busy contact 1 is detected by a make-busy contact change detecting circuit 2, and when the make-busy contact 1 has been released, or it has been set, or it is being set, a trunk is initialized by a initializing circuit 3. A CPU4 is provided with a means for detecting a stage change of the make-busy contact 1 of a trunk 6, and also a function which is able to initialze is provided to a initializing circuit 3 of a trunk 3. In the CPU4, a state of the contact 1 is detected by constant timing, its state is stored in a main memory device 5, and when a state change of the contact 1 has been detected, or it has been released, or it is being set, an instruction of initialize is sent to the circuit 3, and a specific trunk is initialized. |
