PURPOSE:To make easy to carry and to make into thin-form to closely contact with the surface of skin, by forming a detection probe by shielding with a protection cover and enveloping circumference of thinly formed ceramic which burry-includes an angle-shape resistor heater with a thermistor. CONSTITUTION:A resistor heater 1 formed in angle-shape is buried in a thin ceramic 2. The circumference of this ceramic 2 is shielded by a thermistor 3, and a protection cover 4 to constitute of a detection probe. Voltage variation caused by the temperature detected by the thermistor 3 is subjected to A/D conversion and is displayed in digit form by a digital display through a counter microcomputer. |
