摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the dropping of paste by mixing a fiber having the length specific times of the thickness of the frame element of an expanded grid into a paste of active subsistance thereby improving the coupling strength between the pastes and between the paste and the grid. CONSTITUTION:Many poligonal cells 1 for holding the active subsistance comprised of a frame element 2 and a knot 3 for coupling said elements 2 are formed entirely on a meshed developing portion 4 of an expanded grid. A paste of active subsistance mainly composed of lead powder and dilute sulfuric acid and added by 0.06- 0.12wt% of acid-proof resin fiber such as polyester fiber 6 having the length 4-7 times of the thickness of he frame element 2 is filled in said meshed developing portion 4.
